As I said above, the Souter post I submitted doesn't have much original content. So, I'm thinking that this Kelo-related post would make a meatier Carnival entry: Don't count on conservatives It's a fairly substantial rant against the pro-Kelo arguments of Carl Frank (No Oil for Pacifists), who represents the "judicial restraint" point of view that's pretty common among conservatives. If someone has a better post about the Souter home story, forget mine.

Well, you can, and should, include your own posts. But, if you are going to have best post awards it would kind of smell if your post won.
