BCS Bowls announced…

Looks to be some good matchups.

But I am sad to see Notre Dame in there. I think they’re overrated this year, and I hope that Ohio State kicks the shillelagh out of the Irish. I’d really love to see them just go out there and look foolish.

Likewise, USC is one of those teams that seems to be destined to lose. It just never happens. Conventional wisdom says that Texas is stronger than USC, and has to be better than any team USC has faced this year. USC should lose this game by a decent margin. But I know they’re going to make sure it’s a close game, even if they don’t pull it out.

Purdue didn’t make a bowl, so if I can at least see Penn State win big, Notre Dame lose huge, and a great game between USC & Texas (preferring Texas to win), it will be a good bowl season.
