The Bachelor Life

As I pointed out a while back, the wife is off in California for a month and a half in advance of her sister’s wedding, and so I’m living the bachelor life. There will potentially be a lot of travel coming up, so she even has the dogs. And I sold my TV (it’s getting time to upgrade). So I’m living a bit of a quiet, reserved, bachelor’s life right now.

How do you think I’m doing with it?

Pork & Asparagus

Hmm… Peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin with steamed asparagus…

I’m doin’ alright. :-)

  1. Damn, Kellie was in Atlanta for four days and I was down to Mac & Cheese at the end.

  2. Brad, That looks like a great meal for a low carb diet….actually it looks good for any diet…Yummmm!

I know that when TF goes to Florida, to visit his mom and dad, that I enjoy a few days to myself. I can eat what and when I want and I can just relax and do what I want…..I am always glad to see him when he gets home though.

  3. Next time, put a little olive oil and lemon zest on the asparagus and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour. Then put it on a BBQ grill (George Foreman works okay, too) until tender in the middle.

You gonna swing up to the Chi in your travels?
